Important Information

  • We will guide you to an area where sea turtles are frequently spotted. Depending on sea conditions, there may be some waves.

  • If weather or ocean conditions make it unsafe to visit the sea turtle area, the snorkeling activity will be changed to a coral reef snorkeling experience. The final decision will be made on the day of the tour.

  • Snorkeling is available for guests aged 2–65.

  • Guests who are unable to participate in snorkeling may remain on the boat during the activity.

If you feel unwell before or during the tour, please notify our staff immediately.

Alcohol Policy

For safety reasons, alcohol consumption before boarding and bringing alcoholic beverages onto the boat are strictly prohibited.

Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol may be denied participation without refund.

Insurance

Insurance coverage may be limited or unavailable if the information provided during booking is incomplete or inaccurate.

Compensation cannot exceed the limits of the applicable insurance policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are charged as follows:

  • 7–4 days before the tour date: 50% of the tour fee

  • 3 days before the tour date through the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fee

  • No-show: 100% of the tour fee

Guests who arrive late and miss the tour departure will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Please note that flight delays, ferry delays, traffic congestion, and other transportation disruptions do not exempt guests from cancellation fees unless the tour itself has been canceled by the operator.

Tour Cancellation by Operator

If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons, guests will receive a full refund.
