Important Information
What to Bring
Please bring the following items:

• Towel

• Swimsuit (please wear it before the tour)

• Drinking water

All snorkeling equipment, including a wetsuit (seasonal), is provided free of charge.
Important Information for Participants
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please carefully review the following information before joining the tour.
Before Booking

• Please read all tour details carefully before making a reservation.

• Be sure to check the confirmation message, including the meeting time and location, sent after your reservation is confirmed.

• Due to operational circumstances, reservations may occasionally need to be declined even after confirmation.

Tour Cancellation or Changes
Tours may be modified, relocated, postponed, or canceled due to:

• Adverse weather conditions

• Rough sea conditions

• Sudden weather changes

• Safety concerns determined by the guide

• Changes to the meeting location or tour area

• Other unavoidable operational circumstances

Please note that tours may occasionally be canceled on short notice, including on the day of the tour.
If any changes occur, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible.
Participation Requirements & Health Conditions
Age Requirements
This snorkeling tour is available for guests up to 75 years of age.
Guests aged 75 and over are requested to contact us before booking.
Health Conditions
Participation may be restricted or require a doctor's certificate for guests who:

• Are pregnant

• Have epilepsy, dementia, panic disorder, developmental disorders, or other neurological conditions

• Have heart disease

• Have respiratory conditions

• Have diabetes

• Have high blood pressure

• Have consumed alcohol or are experiencing a hangover

All participants must be in good physical and mental health.
If you feel unwell before or during the tour, please notify our staff immediately.
Children
Children under 10 years old should be assessed in advance regarding their ability to participate in snorkeling.
If a child is unable to enter the water, one accompanying guardian must remain with the child. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Vision Requirements
Contact lenses are recommended for guests who normally wear glasses.
Prescription snorkeling masks are available in limited quantities and must be requested in advance.
Equipment Damage or Loss
Replacement fees apply for lost or damaged equipment:

• Fins: ¥5,000

• Mask & Snorkel Set: ¥5,000

• Rental Camera: ¥60,000

Motion Sickness
Although this is a shore-entry snorkeling tour and no boat is used, some guests may still experience motion sickness.
If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking medication before the tour.
Personal Belongings
Valuables and personal belongings may be stored inside the vehicle during the tour.
Please note that large luggage, including suitcases and carry-on bags, cannot be accepted.
Clothing
Please wear clothing that can get wet and a swimsuit underneath before arriving.
Changing Facilities & Showers
Public shower facilities may be available depending on the tour location.
Availability varies by day and location.
Guests using the transportation service should bring a towel and a change of clothes, as transportation may be provided while clothing is still damp.
Restroom Facilities
Restroom facilities may not be available near some tour locations.
We recommend using the restroom before arriving at the meeting point.
Photography
Complimentary tour photos are included.
Approximately 10–30 photos per group will be provided.
Please note that photo services may be unavailable due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or operational circumstances.
Guests are welcome to bring their own smartphones or cameras.

¥500 per vehicle
Please note that the meeting location may change depending on sea conditions. Any changes will be communicated the day before or on the day of the tour.
Complimentary Pick-up & Drop-off Service
Available within the following areas:

• North Area: Art Hotel Ishigaki Island

• East Area: ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort

• West Area: Fusaki Beach Resort Hotel & Villas

• South Area: Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal

Guests staying outside the service area are requested to meet at the designated meeting point.
Pickup and drop-off times may vary depending on the season and sea conditions.
Please note that transportation capacity is limited and advance reservation is required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 7–4 days before the tour date: 50%

• 3 days before the tour date through the day of the tour: 100%

• No-show: 100%

Late arrival resulting in failure to join the tour will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Please note that flight delays, ferry delays, transportation disruptions, and other travel-related issues do not exempt guests from cancellation fees unless the tour itself has been officially canceled.
Tour Cancellation by Operator
If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons, a full refund will be provided.
